I'm Kim, formerly from Canada, now a kiwi and loving it! I trained in Canada (degree in Visual Arts) and the UK (teaching degree) before coming to NZ in 1996. I'm now I'm an NZ citizen, have 2 amazing little boys, and I teach and paint part time. I'm also just launching into photography, for children and families of course.
My contemporary large paintings can be found all through Pohutukawa Gallery in Mount Maunganui, a funky little gallery in a great beach town to visit.
I have been doing my portrait painting for 10 years now, and have my work in a lot of countries. A few that i know of are: Canada, USA, UK, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Holland, Belgium, China, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Australia, South Africa...
