International Orders
I've been using PayPal for my international orders for the past 5 years.
It's quick and easy to use. If you'd like to place an order for some of my work, just email me directly on kim@allsmilez.com or use the order form on my front page. I'll email you back with a payment request from paypal. If you haven't already got an account with PayPal just click on their logo here to find out more.
You can set it up to pay by direct deposit, or use your credit card. I can translate the invoice to your own currency, or I can send it in NZ currency, then paypal converts it when you pay. It's that easy, and it's costs you nothing extra to use. (I pay a fee for using the service, which is fine by me because it enables me to easilly sell my work globally)

Delivery Costs
Delivery is included in New ZeaLand, so for you, being international, I'll just add a bit more. Depending on the size, but usually an extra $20 should cover it for my smaller portraits to pretty much anywhere in the world. For Australia, add $12 (nz) :) pretty straight forward huh? And don't worry, it'll be airmail so you'll get it pretty pronto these days.
