1. Fee Policies & Procedures
1.1 For Term after school classes, fees are due three weeks in advance of the first class of term, unless prior payment arrangement. For holiday workshops, fees are payable when booking. Payable to All Smilez, Kiwibank 38 9006 0200 573 00 Please state your child's name in the reference.
1.2 Failure to pay fees may result in the loss of the enrolment position.
1.3 There will be no classes held during public holidays unless teacher and class members agree. Where classes fall on public holidays, make-up classes will be added to the end of term.
2. Refund Policies & Procedures
2.1 All Smilez Satisfaction Guarantee - If you or your child are not happy after their first ever after school lesson, you are entitled to a refund. The refund provided will be less the $40 admin fee.
2.2 For all courses no refunds will be given within 7 days of commencement date of after school classes unless there is a waiting list and a replacement enrolment can be secured. If you cancel a course more than 14 days before commencement date you will be entitled to a refund. Bookings can only be processed for the term ahead and fees cannot be transferred to future terms. All cancellations will incur a $40 admin fee.
2.3 Make up sessions: Due to the nature of the programme there are NO definite make-up classes or credits. When possible I may be able to arrange for the student to fit in another class if a space is available. (if someone is going to be away and let's me know with notice) So, if you know that your child will miss a class to due to sickness, a school event etc, I appreciate you giving me notice asap so that I may offer the space to another child hoping for a make up class, and then I will aim to do the same for you)

3.1. Students can wear what they like to class, but All Smilez is not responsible for any damage to the student's clothing.
3.2 Aprons are always available to the students to use in class.

8. Photography of Students
8.1. Photography of students in class is permitted only to the Art teacher, Kim. Some photographs get published on allsmilez.com website and facebookpage as a celebration of students work. Group photographs also may be used in our email updates and marketing.
8.2 All individuals participating in All Smilez classes and other activities, by the fact of allowing a child's participation in such activities, you as a parent give the rights to All Smilez to make photographs of the child and artwork. All Smilez/ Kim can use the photographs to track child's progress through the year, media updates and other marketing purposes.

2.4 Sickness or personal circumstances:
- If you miss one or more session during the term due to sickness or holidays, you will still need to pay for the sessions as the space has been held for you. You will not be entitled to a fee reduction or credit for the missed classes. Please see 2.3 above for more information on make up classes.
- If you cancel a holiday workshop within 48 hours, there will be no refund unless a replacement student is on the waiting list.
- If you cancel a holiday workshop before 48 hours of set time, you are entitled to a refund minus $40 administration fee.
- In some cases of illness or injury where the full Term course has been missed, 50% credit can be given upon receiving a Doctors Certificate. In this situation, Tutor must be advised as soon as the parent is aware of the situation, the notice date may affect the credit amount.

- All Smilez is not liable for personal injury sustained or any lost, damaged or forgotten personal property, whilst on the premises. All precautions are taken to provide a safe environment.
- It is the parents/guardians responsibility to notify their teacher in the event of injury/medical condition prior to class.
- It is the parents/guardians responsibility to notify their teacher if the student has any special medical conditions that can affect their behaviour in class.
- A first aid kit is available to any student in studio.
5. Safety and Security Policies & Procedures
5.1 Please adhere to the set class time.
- Please do not send your child into the studio any earlier than 5 minutes early. Please wait outside the gate or in your car, or take a walk around to Chedworth park. Please walk your child in to make sure I'm visible, or send in your child and get him/her to run back and let you know I'm in.
- Please collect your child at the allocated time, or not more than 5 minutes late. If, for some reason you are running late, your child will be kept in the studio until you arrive or text for them to come out, and they will be walked out. Please do not be consistently later than 5 minutes.
